We do not own or operate FLAT BEDS (Rollbacks) and therefore we generally DO NOT tow AWD (all wheel drive) or 4 WHEEL DRIVE (4X4) VEHICLES
(Some AWD and 4X4 vehicles ARE exceptions, and can be safely towed on two wheels: ASK)

Payments: Once the amount of payment for services is agreed upon you will need to provide the following information:
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellations prior to our actual dispatch are accepted with no charge; cancellations following dispatch will be charged the same as completed service. Refunds for OUR inability to provide service will be 100%

- Generally, what is wrong with the vehicle (won’t start, stalled, wrecked, burned, no keys, etc.)
- Street address where vehicle is located
- License Plate State and number; or VIN number or other identifying characteristics
- Customer’s name and cell phone number
Payments: Once the amount of payment for services is agreed upon you will need to provide the following information:
- Card Number
- Expiration Date
- CVC Code
- YOUR Reference number for this service call
- A direct call number the driver can use if problems are encountered. (vehicle not on location, person not there, vehicle can not be accessed because of being blocked in, etc, Keys not available –if expected to be available, vehicle not towable without use of dollies, etc)
